The house is designed on the principles of minimalism and contemporary design. The elevation is kept minimal with a subtle color palette. The balconies open up connecting the indoors and the outdoors. Wide openings ensure ample daylight entering the house without causing glare.The design of the house proposes a new lifestyle in contrast with urban context, along with individual privacy. Responding to the site and its compactness this house was an absolutely acute exercise in square inches, here every inch counted, not in terms of space utilisation and functionality, but in terms of light, material and budget.
